We train experienced caregivers to give premium luxury service to modern families.

Our mission is to provide thoughtfully curated babysitting with a planned session ahead of time for neurodivergent and sensitive children, creating the “Calm Space” a place that supports regulation, trust, and fun can unfold naturally. We honor each child’s unique rhythms, communication style, and sensory world.

Every child experiences the world differently. The Calm Space approach focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to be themselves. We provide individualized care tailored to sensory preference, communication styles, and emotional regulation needs without a clinical or forced feel. Our goal is to support the nervous system in children that need extra help and families that need extra support.

Calm Space Sitters

Our babysitters follow individualized session plans designed specifically for your child. Calm Space combines structured engagement, sensory awareness support, and meaningful interaction to create a calm and positive experience. We care about your child and that their nervous system is supported the entire session. We want parents to be able to have a trustworthy babysitting service for date nights, a break, time to run errands alone, occasional babysitting, or on going scheduled time set for the parent to have consistent support. This is NOT ABA, This is NOT Therapy. This is structured babysitting tailored to the exact needs of your child, delivered by experienced neuroaffirming babysitters that know what to expect and have a plan and appreciate your child for who they are.

Legacy care provides companionship only. We do not provide medical care, personal care, transportation requiring medical assistance, or nursing services.

What is Legacy Care?

Legacy Care is a personalized companion service designed for older adults who would benefit from having someone spend quality time with them.

Every visit is customized around the individual, not just their needs today, but the life they’ve lived.

Our companions learn about each person’s history (based on the information provided by the family), interests, career, hobbies, favorite music, favorite foods, travel experiences, family traditions, and meaningful memories so every visit feels personal rather than routine.

Who we serve

Legacy care is designed for seniors who are:

  • Living independently

  • Living with family

  • Living in assisted living community

  • Living in independent living communities

  • Residing in memory care communities (under appropriate circumstances).

  • Clients must be fully mobile

  • Medically stable

  • Able to participate safely in companionship activities

Every Legacy Care companion completes a professional background screening before working with families.

Current screening includes:

  • Professional background check through chekr.

  • Identity verification

  • Ongoing hiring standards

We are in the process of obtaining California Live Scan authorization as part of our continued commitment to the highest screening standards.

As our company grows, Live Scan fingerprint screening will become an additional component of our caregiver onboarding process.
